Failed prophet Charlie Shamp is taking his spectacle of falsehood and failure to Kenya for a crusade November 8-11, 2018. He’s promising the presence and power of Christ to the people of Kenya. Shamp has an accumulating record of failed prophecies and failed promises traveling behind him in anything but a train of triumph.
Recently he had a failed series of decrees and declarations. On October 17, 2018 he decreed that all yokes of setback were broken. (Read about that here.) Apparently that failed because on October 22, 2018 he had to issue another decree that things were defeated. (Read about that here.) He prophesied and promised that Hurricane Michael would be silenced. It wasn’t silenced, and instead caused death and major damage. (Read about that here.) In 2017 he prophesied and promised that the Maine fishing industry would break records. It did not break records, and it actually showed decline. (Read about that here.)
Charlie Shamp’s recent failed promises in decrees and declarations.
On October 17, 2018 he declared all yokes of setback broken. Apparently that failed because he had to issue another decree on October 22, 2018. He had to decree every stronghold gone, again.

Then there are his failed promises and prophecies regarding the silencing of Hurricane Michael, and the success of the 2017 Maine fishing industry. Those links are above in the introduction.
Charlie Shamp is a false prophet with a record of failed promises and prophecies. He should not be regarded as a prophet of God. He should be regarded as a man in desperate need of calling upon God to grant him repentance from making false prophecies and promises in the name of God.
Charlie Shamp says cessationism is the greatest heresy facing the church in the 21st century, and that it’s part of the great end time apostasy. Scripture says to keep an eye on miracle workers and prophets during the great falling away. I don’t think cessationists will be doing miracles, healing, signs and wonders, and claiming to be getting direct words from God. Charlie Shamp’s failed prophetic word is documented here. If anything, people should keep their eye on people claiming miracles and words from God, not on cessationists.
Cessationists believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to set people free from sin, and to advance the message of the gospel. Shamp is mistaken by acting like cessationists don’t believe in the power of the Holy Spirit
Cessationism is the greatest heresy the church is facing in the 21 century, those who teach such things are demonically inspired and are part of the great end time Apostasy. They go against the very teachings of both Jesus and the great Apostle Paul. As Jesus said of these people, “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean. Jude said of them, “These people are blemishes at your love feasts, eating with you without the slightest qualm–shepherds who feed only themselves. They are clouds without rain, blown along by the wind; autumn trees, without fruit and uprooted–twice dead.”
2 Thessalonians 2
2 Now we request you, brethren, with regard to the a]”>[a]coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, 2 that you not be quickly shaken from your b]”>[b]composure or be disturbed either by a spirit or a c]”>[c]message or a letter as if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. 3 Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the d]”>[d]apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above e]”>[e]every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God. 5 Do you not remember that while I was still with you, I was telling you these things? 6 And you know what restrains him now, so that in his time he will be revealed. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way. 8 Then that lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His f]”>[f]coming; 9 that is, the one whose g]”>[g]coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and h]”>[h]signs and false wonders, 10 and with i]”>[i]all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved. 11 For this reason God j]”>[j]will send upon them k]”>[k]a deluding influence so that they will believe l]”>[l]what is false, 12 in order that they all may be m]”>[m]judged who did not believe the truth, but n]”>[n]took pleasure in wickedness.
9 “Then they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name. 10 At that time many will d]”>[d]fall away and will e]”>[e]betray one another and hate one another. 11 Many false prophets will arise and will mislead many. 12 Because lawlessness is increased, f]”>[f]most people’s love will grow cold. 13 But the one who endures to the end, he will be saved. 14 This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole g]”>[g]world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.
22 Unless those days had been cut short, no j]”>[j]life would have been saved; but for the sake of the k]”>[k]elect those days will be cut short. 23 Then if anyone says to you, ‘Behold, here is the l]”>[l]Christ,’ or ‘m]”>[m]There He is,’ do not believe him. 24 For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will n]”>[n]show great o]”>[o]signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the p]”>[p]elect.25 Behold, I have told you in advance. 26 So if they say to you, ‘Behold, He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out, or, ‘Behold, He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe them. 27 For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes even to the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be. 28 Wherever the corpse is, there the q]”>[q]vultures will gather.
15 “Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. 16 You will k]”>[k]know them by their fruits. l]”>[l]Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they? 17 So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 So then, you will m]”>[m]know them by their fruits.
21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many n]”>[n]miracles?’23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’
Scripture clearly teaches us to be aware of people claiming to do miracles and getting words from God in warnings about the great falling away. These people will seem so powerful they could deceive the elect if that were possible. These are people God does not know.
Scripture is warning us about people like Charlie Shamp in relation to the great apostasy.
Also read these.
The next time an apostle, prophet, or teacher tells you about the latest attack from Leviathan, or tells you to purchase their latest resource on him, you can tell them that Leviathan is dead now, and you can save your money.
You may also have to question the credibility of said apostle, prophet, or teacher who gets a new word about a new Leviathan attack. Why? Well how can something that’s dead still be attacking?
Or if Leviathan is still attacking, then maybe we have to question the credibility of Charlie Shamp.
Tough choices indeed. Who is correct? Shamp, or all of the other prophets claiming Leviathan is still alive?
In a prophecy dated 01-15-2018 (Link Archived Link) Charlie Shamp said Leviathan would be silenced, that his head would be crushed, and that he’d never recover from the wound. When something’s head is crushed, and silenced, and can’t recover, that means said thing is dead.
In that day I will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent with my fierce and mighty sword, even Leviathan the twisted serpent and my body will silence this dragon who lives in the sea. You will crush the head of Leviathan, you deal to him a wound that he will not recover from as you pray.”
Obviously if you were paying attention to the news you know the hurricane was anything but silenced. I wrote about that in the article linked below.
Charlie Shamp failed on that. Shortly after his massive fail he took to social media and repeatedly railed against heresy hunters. I also wrote about that in the article linked below.
Charlie Shamp wants to distract from these facts. If you simply point to the facts he’ll call you religious, a heresy hunter, a witch, or a warlock. Those distraction techniques do not make his failed words from God go away. Please don’t let his attempts to distract prevent you from thinking. Charlie Shamp wants you to believe everything he says.
The naive believes everything, But the sensible man considers his steps.
Don’t be naive. Look at the facts above. Be sensible. Consider your steps.
Charlie Shamp, it’s time for you to close up shop and repent. The evidence is before the world to see. You can rant about religious people, and heresy hunters, and witches and warlocks all you want, it’s not going to justify you in the eyes of God, Your deception will remain deception, even if some people continue to be fooled by you. You can rant about not touching the Lord’s anointed, but it is you who is touching the Lord’s anointed by deceiving the church with your false words from God. You’re not anointed, you’re just simply wrong.
When they heard this, they quieted down and glorified God, saying, “Well then, God has granted to the Gentiles also the repentance that leads to life.”
It’s time to call upon Jesus and ask him to grant you repentance. You’re not beyond his saving reach. Ask God to grant you life.
It seems the below has been scrubbed from his website. I’m typing this 02-21-2019.
Charlie Shamp has repeatedly lashed out against “Heresy Hunters” on his Facebook page after his failed prophecy about the silencing of Hurricane Michael (At landfall it was a category 4 with 155 mph winds, that has caused massive damage and life lost.) You can read coverage of that by clicking this link. It’s uncertain if Charlie Shamp is lashing out against Heterodox Research Initiative.

Prophet Charlie Shamp is a failed and false prophet who needs to repent. He attempts deflecting from the facts by pointing at people and calling them religious, or heresy hunters. Those deflections are distractions meant to prevent you from thinking and evaluating the facts.
Charlie Shamp, if you’re reading this, call upon God and ask him to grant you repentance. Ask him to set you free from the strong deception and delusion you’re under. Those who follow Shamp should do the same.
Prophet Charlie Shamp gave a prophecy that Hurricane Michael would be silenced. It was apparently silenced down to a CAT 4 with 155mph winds at landfall, causing much damage and life lost. Shamp engaged in some prophetic chest thumping, indicating major world leaders should come to him for insight into the future. Based on the definition of silenced, I suggest world leaders refrain from going to him.
Shamp also said Leviathan’s head would be crushed beyond repair, implying from now on Leviathan is dead, and all of those books, videos, and blogs on how to fight him are no longer necessary, as are any future books, videos, and blogs about him.
In a prophecy dated 01-15-2018 Prophet Charlie Shamp said there would be a storm to hit the panhandle of Florida that would be silenced. He said it was some how a manifestation of the Leviathan spirit. (Archived link) (It should be noted that a hurricane in this region isn’t something that’s rare. In other words pretty much anyone could toss up a vague prediction similar to this and claim fulfillment eventually.)
The headline said Leviathan would be silenced. Shamp said “the prayers of the righteous will silence the storm.”
Was the storm silenced?
Looks like Hurricane Michael was silenced to a category 4 with 155mph winds at landfall with major destruction and life lost.
Unless the definition of silence means something else, I’d highly suggest that world leaders not seek his opinion about what is to come.
The prophetic word also said Leviathan’s head would be crushed, damaging him beyond repair.
My word will go forth from your mouth as a piecing arrow of deliverance that will strike the serpent. In that day I will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent with my fierce and mighty sword, even Leviathan the twisted serpent and my body will silence this dragon who lives in the sea. You will crush the head of Leviathan, you deal to him a wound that he will not recover from as you pray.
This implications of this are astounding. From here on out none can further claim Leviathan is attacking them. Why? Because his head is crushed and he can’t recover. This renders all books on how to defeat Leviathan unnecessary. That is, if Shamp is a true prophet. To keep those books or to dispose of them? Tough call.
