Charlie Shamp spent some time on Facebook telling of his latest dream. (You can listen to the heretical monstrosity by clicking the link at the end of this blog entry.) In his dream he was at a used clothing store shopping for a shirt. The shirts represented different moves of God. Shamp did a brief rabbit trail describing his first world problem of having a hard time choosing shirts for his wardrobe. This put him in similar company of prophets who have been tossed in wells, beheaded, put in prison, and generally persecuted. Keep his fashion dilemmas in your prayers. Life isn’t easy for a first world hipster prophet.
Shamp also said God is releasing a funky unique revival. I have no idea why we need things to be funky and unique. The gospel message should be the same now as it was at the beginning. Apparently it needs to be jazzed up with funky and unique additions.
This is more proof that these false apostles and prophets would rather dance with novelty, error, and deception instead of the simple eternal truth of the gospel.
