The pastor being prayed for exhibits the characteristics of being controlled by a demon, not freed by God. Charlie Shamp is clearly passing on demons, not freeing people from them. The pastor being prayed for begins shaking out of control then is thrown down.
42 While he was coming, the demon threw him to the ground and convulsed him. But Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit and healed the boy, and gave him back to his father. Luke 9:42

Charlie Shamp has been made aware of this entry. I pray those under his ministry would watch the video above and compare it with scripture. That is not the freeing work of the Spirit, but rather the dark work of Satan.
